AAP MLA Chaitar Vasava alleges BJP administrative misuse in Gujarat; Gopal Italia harassed, citizens urged to unite for democracy.

AAP MLA Chaitar Vasava has accused the BJP of misusing the administrative machinery in Gujarat ahead of the upcoming local self-rule elections. In a video statement, Vasava said that the BJP has been in power for the past 30 years, but despite holding office, the party has failed across various sectors.

According to Chaitar Vasava , the state government, intoxicated by power, is now using the administrative system, especially the police, to intimidate AAP leaders and workers. “Over the past month, the maximum number of complaints and FIRs have been registered against AAP MLAs and party workers. Candidates filing nomination forms are being harassed, taken to police stations, and jailed through false FIRs. This pattern is being followed across all districts and talukas,” Vasava explained.

The AAP MLA strongly condemned the police visit to Gopal Italia’s house, stating that even his mother was subjected to indecent treatment. “This low-level political intimidation is unacceptable and aimed at scaring our workers,” he added.

Vasava further emphasized that this struggle is not only for AAP but for the entire people of Gujarat. “The arrogance of the ruling party for several years must end. This fight is about justice for the citizens, not just for Chaitar Vasava, Gopal Italia, or Isudan Gadhvi. We must all unite against the BJP’s misuse of administrative power,” he said.

The AAP MLA also addressed BJP leaders, police officers, and IPS officials, warning that party members will not fear raids, investigations, false FIRs, or jail. “We are the voice of Gujarat’s people, and we will fight to protect democracy and the Constitution. This is a collective struggle, and the citizens must respond to the BJP’s authoritarian government in this election,” Chaitar Vasava added.
