The state’s checkpoints are putting into practice a new checkpost system based on the Gujarat model. Prime Minister Shri Modi should be congratulated, according to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, for bringing about a new legal system in the nation that is modeled after the Panch Parmeshwar tradition and the Indian legal system. The new legislation have been finalized by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah following over 400 hours of intense labor, numerous meetings, and in-depth talks. In order to establish a link with our judicial heritage, the Indian Penal Code will now be referred to as the Code of Justice. Although the British had the right to punish, our system will now uphold the justice tradition. Justice will be served in this case with eyes open, not blindfolded.
