CM Dhami appreciated the various departments for resolving the grievances pending in the CM Helpline and directed the Public Works, Geology and Mining, Revenue, Home and Finance departments to further expedite the process of redressal of grievances.
CM Dhami said that on Helpline 1905, complaints related to drinking water, repair of street lights, connections under Jal Jeevan Mission, power cuts and electricity bills are being received more. He also interacted directly with some of the complainants during the review meeting.
On the drinking water problem of Upendra Singh Rawat of Uttarkashi, the Chief Minister asked the District Magistrate to ensure a solution within a week. Haridwar resident Alam’s complaint regarding street lights has been resolved, while Dehradun’s Hridesh Negi’s demand for the construction of a culvert has started. The respective complaints of Gaurav Nautiyal of Chamoli and Devendra of Nainital have also been resolved.
The review meeting was attended virtually by Shri Vishwas Dabar, Vice Chairman, Uttarakhand Infrastructure Monitoring Council, Shri Anand Bardhan, Chief Secretary, Shri R. K. Sudhanshu, Principal Secretary, Shri Deepam Seth, Director General of Police, other senior officers and all District Magistrates.
