Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that the “triple-engine government” led by Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi is driving rapid development across the state. We will leave no stone unturned to uphold the trust that the people have placed in our government for the third consecutive time. Guided by the Prime Minister’s mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas, our government is moving forward with commitment and inclusivity.
The Chief Minister was addressing a programme held in Nandgarh village of Julana Assembly constituency in Jind district today. Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta was also present at the event. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini extended birthday wishes to Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta.
Sh. Saini recalled that after the formation of the Bharatiya Janata Party government at the Centre in 2014, Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi had visited the historic land of Panipat for the first time on January 22, 2015, to launch the nationwide campaign Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, significant strides have been made in empowering and uplifting daughters in Haryana.

Expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi, he said that Prime Minister has entrusted the responsibility of Delhi to Mrs. Rekha Gupta, a daughter of Nandgarh, a small village in Haryana. You should continue to serve the public and the nation with the same commitment, and lead Delhi towards new heights of development. He added that the political journey of Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta reflects the changing face of India. It is truly inspiring that someone born in a small village like Nandgarh can rise to become the Chief Minister of a metropolitan city like Delhi. This is not just a source of motivation for women, but also a powerful message to the entire nation that in today’s India, success is not inherited, it is earned through hard work.
Development works worth Rs 20,433 crore carried out in Julana Assembly constituency since 2014
The Chief Minister said that since 2014, development works worth Rs20,433 crore have been undertaken in the Julana Assembly constituency under the present government, whereas during the 10 years of the previous Congress government, projects worth only Rs 202 crore were executed. He further informed that 88 announcements have been made for Julana constituency in the last 10 years, out of which 85 have been completed, and work is underway on the remaining. In addition, a total of 628 announcements have been made for Jind district, of which 541 have been completed and work is progressing on the rest. It is our government’s resolve to not just double but triple the pace of development in Jind, he added.
Referring to major developmental projects, the Chief Minister said that the Ambala-Kotputli Greenfield Corridor (NH-152D) was constructed at a cost of Rs 10,646 crore. The Jind-Gohana-Sonipat National Highway (NH-352A) was upgraded to a four-lane road at a cost of Rs 2,300 crore. Similarly, the Ambala-Hisar National Highway via Kaithal (NH-10) was expanded to four lanes at a cost of Rs1,200 crore. A four-lane road from Jind to the Haryana-Punjab border on the National Highway was also constructed at a cost of Rs 959 crore. In addition, a Government Medical College is currently under construction at Haibatpur in Jind, with an estimated cost of Rs 945 crore. A new bus stand has also been built near Pandu Pindara village at a cost of Rs 32 crore.
