Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini flagged off a bus to Ayodhya under the ‘Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana’ from his residence, Sant Kabir Kutir, today. Before departure, he interacted with the pilgrims, inquired about their well-being, and extended his best wishes for their journey.
Highlighting the government’s commitment to public welfare, CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that the Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana provides free pilgrimage trips for senior citizens above 60 years of age with an annual income of up to ₹1.80 lakh. This yatra includes 46 passengers from Ambala and Panchkula, who will visit Ayodhya, Hanuman Garhi, and the Sarayu River. So far, over 800 people have benefited from the scheme, and interested individuals can register on the official portal.
Additional Director of the Information, Public Relations, and Languages Department, Vivek Kalia, and Press Secretary Praveen Attrey were also present on the occasion.
