Gopal Italia addressed the gathering, emphasizing that the voices of citizens often do not reach the state government in Gandhinagar. He criticized the ruling BJP, stating that their governance prioritizes control over citizen welfare, leaving critical issues like farm access and fair compensation unresolved. Italia noted, “Even after decades of governance, the basic problems faced by farmers remain neglected. Laws meant for public benefit are either outdated or selectively applied, while government resources are mismanaged.”
Manoj Sorathia highlighted the remarkable addition of over 70 former Congress leaders and 20 village heads to AAP during the meeting, emphasizing the public’s desire for an alternative to the BJP. Sorathia said, “The people of Gujarat have made it clear that AAP represents hope and change. Our workers are fearless, and together, we aim to bring transformative governance to every corner of the state.”
The coordination meeting also provided strategic guidance to AAP workers on upcoming elections, focusing on strengthening local leadership, improving outreach, and increasing citizen engagement. The event reaffirms AAP’s commitment to inclusive governance, transparency, and challenging entrenched political structures across Gujarat.
With its consistent efforts, the Aam Aadmi Party continues to position itself as a viable political alternative, expanding its influence across Junagadh and Northern Gujarat, while maintaining its focus on empowering citizens, supporting farmers, and fostering accountability in governance.
