Vivek Dahiya, who has carved a niche for himself in television, web series, and films, recently shared his excitement about Akshardham in a vlog. However, he also revealed a glaring oversight—the production team did not include his name in the film’s official credits.
Reacting to this, Divyanka Tripathi took to social media to highlight the personal impact of nepotism, saying,
“Many people talk about nepotism and all, but when it happens to you, then it is very upsetting.”
She emphasized the struggles actors face in finding meaningful projects, praising Vivek’s dedication to the film despite his role being small. Vivek himself stated,
“Even though I had a very small role, I was very passionate about the film. They didn’t add my name in the cast.”
The incident has sparked conversations about fairness and recognition in the industry, where often talented actors struggle for acknowledgment in a competitive environment.
Akshardham, earlier titled State of Siege: Temple Attack, is eagerly awaited by fans and is expected to hit theaters on July 4.
