Haryana Minister of State for Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare, Dr. Abhe Singh Yadav, announced that under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan,’ a Tiranga Yatra will be conducted with public participation in every village in the Mahendragarh district from August 11 to 14.
He informed that on Sunday, August 11, at 8:00 AM, he will commence the Tiranga Yatra from village Niyamatpur. The Yatra will then proceed through Morund to Nangal Chaudhary, Nizampur, Dhanota, Hasanpur, and Gehli Chowk, finally concluding at Goad Balaha. The Tiranga Yatra will end in the respective Gram Panchayat with a tribute at the Martyr’s Memorial.
Dr. Abhe Singh Yadav mentioned that Tiranga Yatras will be organized at the Gram Panchayat level to instill a sense of national pride and unity among citizens. Villagers, students, youth club members, Anganwadi workers, members of water and sanitation committees, and ex-servicemen will participate in the Yatra. The Gram Panchayat will ensure National Flag to everyone participating in this event.
Dr. Yadav further mentioned that this event is being jointly organized by the Development and Panchayats Department and the Women and Child Development Department, Haryana. The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ will be carried out with great enthusiasm throughout the district until August 14. He urged all district residents to join this campaign. He also informed that from August 11 to 14, daily Tiranga Yatras will be organized in the district by government departments including Women and Child Development, Development and Panchayats, Sports, Police, and other related departments.
