Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini approves ₹127.87 crore urban infrastructure projects to strengthen water supply and enhance road cleaning in Faridabad and Ambala.
In a significant move to enhance urban infrastructure, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini chaired a high-level meeting of the Haryana Public Works Committee (HPWC) and approved urban development projects worth ₹127.87 crore.
The approved projects include major improvements under the AMRUT scheme in Faridabad, focusing on strengthening the city’s water supply system to ensure reliable and efficient distribution. Additionally, in the Ambala Municipal Corporation area, initiatives for both mechanized and manual road cleaning have been sanctioned, aiming to improve sanitation and public hygiene.
Speaking at the meeting, CM Nayab Singh Saini emphasized the importance of completing all projects on time while adhering strictly to quality standards. He highlighted the state government’s commitment to strengthening urban infrastructure to enhance service delivery and provide better facilities to citizens.
“These projects are a step forward in making our cities more efficient, clean, and well-serviced. The government is committed to timely execution and ensuring that citizens receive the best urban amenities,” CM Nayab Singh Saini said.
