MP CM Dr. Yadav : Unprecedented contribution in the field of education, and health by Jiwaji Rao

CM Dr. Yadav ,Vice President Dhankhar has said that the Scindia family has made a significant contribution in the field of education. Today I have unveiled the statue of a great personality who has set records in many fields including education in independent India. Along with this, he has also given impetus to education through which a person develops the innermost feelings and a human being is created. The Vice President said that this is a changing world, and changes will keep happening but education is very important. Vice President Shri Dhankhar said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi implemented the new National Education Policy in the country. Our country has gone far ahead in technology. It is expected that Jiwaji University Institute will also usher new technologies. As chief guest on the occasion, Vice President Shri Dhankhar said at a function organized after the unveiling of the statue of Jiwaji Rao Scindia at the Jiwaji University campus. Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel presided over the function. Special guests on the occasion were Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Union Communications and North Eastern Region Development Minister Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, Assembly Speaker Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Higher Education, Technical Education and AYUSH Minister Shri Inder Singh Parmar, District In-charge and Water Resources Minister Shri Tulsaram Silawat, New and Renewable Energy Minister Shri Rakesh Shukla and Vice President’s wife Smt. Sudesh Dhankhar.

Vice President Shri said that the Scindia family has always made contributions in the Parliament. Late Madhavrao Scindia has done commendable work in many fields. He has done his best in whatever ministry he has got. The Vice President said that the dream of education that Jiwaji Rao had seen is coming true today.

Today will be a memorable day for Gwalior: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

CM Dr. Yadav  said that today will be a memorable day for Gwalior as two big works have been started in Gwalior. Through the Geo Science Museum, a collection of information about the origin of the earth, its creation and geological events will be available. Along with this, the youth will get new information through the inclusion of knowledge and science. Along with this, the statue of Jiwaji Rao Scindia, who did remarkable work in the field of education, was also unveiled. Jiwaji University has made a distinct identity for itself not only in Madhya Pradesh but in the entire country. The university will continue to progress and empower the youth of the country in the field of education. He said that Jiwaji Rao made an unprecedented contribution in the field of education and health.

Union Minister Shri Scindia said that Gwalior city is known for its music, education and historical significance. He said that humility is attained through knowledge and eligibility is attained through humility. Jiwaji University is spread over an area of 250 acres, which was started by my grandmother and the then President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Jiwaji University is an institution emerging like a star at the international level. He said that the seed sown by my family stands tall like a banyan tree today. Jiwaji University Institute is moving towards modernity.

Vice President Shri Dhankhar also visited the exhibition organized by Jiwaji University on the occasion. Union Minister Shri Scindia gave detailed information about the history and achievements of Jiwaji University displayed in the exhibition. Vice President Shri Dhankhar and guests also planted a sapling under “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” on the occasion.
