NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025 promises 1 crore jobs, free electricity, mega infrastructure, metro, schools, hospitals & women empowerment ahead of assembly polls.
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) unveiled its highly anticipated manifesto for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections on Friday at Hotel Maurya, Patna. The launch event saw the presence of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP polls in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, and senior leaders from all NDA constituents, including Jitan Ram Manjhi, Chirag Paswan, Upendra Kushwaha, and Samrat Choudhary.
The upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, which will cover 243 seats, are scheduled in two phases on November 6 and 11, with results to be announced on November 14. The NDA’s manifesto, titled Sankalp Patra, promises transformative development, welfare measures, and employment opportunities for the people of Bihar.

Addressing reporters, Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary emphasized the manifesto’s inclusive vision, stating, “The NDA has prioritized every section of society—from farmers, women, and youth to the Dalit community. Jobs, welfare, and development have been our focus, and we will continue working tirelessly for the people of Bihar.”
The manifesto reflects the NDA’s commitment to modern infrastructure, social welfare, and economic growth, aiming to create a self-reliant and prosperous Bihar while engaging youth, farmers, and women in the state’s development journey.
