NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025 promises 1 crore jobs, free electricity, mega infrastructure, metro, schools, hospitals & women empowerment ahead of assembly polls.

 The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) unveiled its highly anticipated manifesto for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections on Friday at Hotel Maurya, Patna. The launch event saw the presence of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP polls in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, and senior leaders from all NDA constituents, including Jitan Ram Manjhi, Chirag Paswan, Upendra Kushwaha, and Samrat Choudhary.

The upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, which will cover 243 seats, are scheduled in two phases on November 6 and 11, with results to be announced on November 14. The NDA’s manifesto, titled Sankalp Patra, promises transformative development, welfare measures, and employment opportunities for the people of Bihar.

Key Highlights of NDA’s Bihar Manifesto 2025:

• Creation of over one crore new jobs.

• Rs 1 lakh crore investment in agricultural infrastructure.

• Seven new expressways under the Bihar Gati Shakti initiative.

• Metro services to be introduced in four new cities.

• Establishment of mega skill centers in every city.

• Development of industries in every district and 10 new business parks.

• Introduction of defense corridors and a semiconductor manufacturing park.

• Rs 2 lakh financial aid for women under the Mahila Rojgar Yojana, aiming to make 1 crore women Lakhpati Didis.

• Increase in Kisan Samman Nidhi to Rs 9,000 with MSP guaranteed for all crops.

• Sending trained youth abroad for work opportunities.

• Financial aid up to Rs 10 lakh for extremely backward classes (EBCs) and formation of a dedicated welfare committee.

• Rs 5,000 crore to enhance school infrastructure.

• Modernization of 3,600 km of railway tracks.

• International-level medicity and medical colleges in every district.

• Provision of 125 units of free electricity to every household.

• International airports in Patna, Darbhanga, Purnea, and Bhagalpur.

• Free education from KG to PG for economically disadvantaged families.

• Construction of 50 lakh new houses and continuation of free ration schemes.

• Residential schools for SC students in every sub-division.

• Increased financial assistance for fish farmers from Rs 4,500 to Rs 9,000.

• Development of Sitapuram, the birthplace of Mother Janaki, into a world-class spiritual city.

Focus on Inclusive Development

Addressing reporters, Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary emphasized the manifesto’s inclusive vision, stating, “The NDA has prioritized every section of society—from farmers, women, and youth to the Dalit community. Jobs, welfare, and development have been our focus, and we will continue working tirelessly for the people of Bihar.”

The manifesto reflects the NDA’s commitment to modern infrastructure, social welfare, and economic growth, aiming to create a self-reliant and prosperous Bihar while engaging youth, farmers, and women in the state’s development journey.
