In a heartfelt Instagram post, Jonas discussed the impact of his diagnosis on his early dreams and how, at the time, it seemed like a setback to his burgeoning career. However, Jonas reflected on his growth since then, acknowledging that his journey has been far more successful than he ever imagined. “I need to control my diabetes and accomplish more than my 13-year-old self ever dreamed possible,” he added.
Jonas also shared his excitement about his return to the Broadway stage, something that was once a distant dream when he first received his diagnosis. The post underscored his resilience, noting that, despite the challenges of living with diabetes, he has managed to achieve remarkable success. “Now, stepping back on the Broadway stage, I wish that I could go back and tell my younger self that everything turns out better than I could ever imagine,” Nick Jonas wrote.
