Parliament Security Breach

Parliament Security Breach: Mahesh, the sixth accused, has been placed under a seven-day police prison detention by Delhi’s Patiala House Court in relation to a recent security breach at Parliament, according to news agency ANI.

According to reports from ANI, Mahesh and his associates planned to cause havoc and disorder throughout the nation in order to pressure the government into complying with their allegedly unlawful and unfair demands.

Mahesh was taken into custody by the Delhi Police earlier today. Mahesh Kumawat and Lalit Jha reportedly showed up at a police station on their own on Thursday night, according to a PTI report, and were both given over to the Special Cell. He was a fan of the accused’s Bhagat Singh Fan Club page, which has since been deleted.

Parliament Security Breach: Sagar Sharma sprang from the visitor’s gallery and ran towards the chair on December 13, the day the country grieved and remembered those who perished in the terror assault on the Parliament building in 2001. Manoranjan, his accomplice, filled the compartment with colored smoke as he released yellow smoke from the gas canisters he was carrying. The other two, Neelam and Amol, let off colored smoke outside the premises and yelled “tanashahi nahi chalegi” while the mayhem rocked the House. That following day, they were all taken into custody.

Before deciding on the Lok Sabha action plan, the five suspects who were detained on December 13 had intended to test out self-immolation and leaflet distribution, according to police officials. According to the police, they thought of setting themselves on fire by covering their bodies in fireproof gel in order to send a clear message to the government, but ultimately decided against it.
