Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has convened an important cabinet meeting today at 12 PM at the Chief Minister’s residence. The meeting is expected to focus on several crucial proposals ahead of the state budget, sources said.

According to officials, the cabinet may also discuss issues recently raised during CM Mann’s meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. In addition, proposals related to the Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme, scheduled to launch on 22nd July, are expected to receive approval. Under this scheme, every family in Punjab will get health insurance coverage up to ₹10 lakh, ensuring accessible and quality healthcare for all residents.
