Bail of Sanjay Singh
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann responded to the Supreme Court’s decision to grant bail to AAP national leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh by saying that truth always wins out. The truth, he claimed, might be repressed but not vanquished.
Mann said Sanjay was detained for six months after the ED arrested him without any proof, but the Supreme Court now declared that the ED lacked any evidence, allowing Sanjay to be released on bond.
DR. DHARAMVIRA GANDHI, AN AAP FORMER MP, HAS JOINED THE CONGRESS AND COULD RECEIVE A PATIALA TICKET.
He claimed that the BJP was harassing AAP leaders rather than conducting an investigation. In order to harass the party, Sanjay had been detained. He went on to say that the BJP’s lies have now been revealed. The nation’s voters will consider the BJP’s “dictatorship” and “hooliganism” in this election, Mann continued, and they will defeat and remove it from office.
