Amid rising concerns over the LPG crisis in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma convened a high-level meeting at the CM residence on Wednesday to review the state’s gas supply arrangements. The meeting focused on ensuring that domestic consumers receive uninterrupted LPG cylinder deliveries.
Adequate Gas Supply in the State
CM Bhajanlal Sharma assured that the state currently has sufficient LPG availability and the supply system is functioning smoothly. Officials were instructed to monitor every stage of distribution closely, from stock management to delivery, and intervene immediately if any issues arise.
Strict Action Against Hoarding and Black Marketing
During the meeting, the CM emphasized that hoarding or black marketing of LPG cylinders would not be tolerated under any circumstances. District collectors and officials have been directed to regularly inspect gas agencies and supply networks, and strict legal action will be taken against offenders.
Monitoring Rumors and Misinformation
The government has also been asked to monitor and control rumors related to the LPG crisis. Residents are urged to rely only on official information. Continuous updates will be provided through various channels to ensure accurate information reaches the public.

Supply to Essential Services
It was decided that hospitals, educational institutions, and other essential services must receive uninterrupted LPG supply. Coordination between departments, oil companies, and distributors will ensure regular stock reviews and smooth delivery to critical facilities.

For any issues or complaints, residents can contact government helplines at 181 and 112. The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, Police Director General Rajiv Kumar Sharma, and officials from various departments and oil companies.
CM Bhajanlal Sharma assured that under the guidance of the central government, monitoring international developments, Rajasthan’s LPG crisis is under control, and citizens need not worry about cylinder availability.
