Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma visited the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181 at the Secretariat in Jaipur on Tuesday to directly hear citizens’ complaints and ensure prompt solutions. The helpline, which serves as a vital communication bridge between the state government and the public, is closely monitored by the CM himself to guarantee timely resolution of grievances.
During his inspection, CM Bhajanlal Sharma spoke to residents from various districts who reported issues ranging from faulty handpumps to electricity problems. Officials briefed him on the entire complaint registration, follow-up, and resolution process, highlighting the efficiency of the helpline system.
Immediate Solutions Delivered on the Spot
Several complaints were addressed immediately during the visit. Chhaganlal from Surani village in Jodhpur district reported low voltage issues and requested a transformer. Acting on the CM Bhajanlal Sharma’s directions, the district administration installed a new transformer, restoring proper electricity supply in the village.

Similarly, Nawal Kishore Sharma from Bardala village, Nadauti Tehsil, Karauli district, complained about a broken handpump. The Public Health Engineering Department engineers repaired the handpump the same day, ensuring access to clean water for villagers.
Vishnu from Barakheda village, Asind Tehsil, Bhilwara district, raised concerns about pending payments under the “Viksit Bharat Rozgar and Jeevika Mission Rural Guarantee Scheme.” CM Bhajanlal Sharma instructed officials to forward the matter to relevant central government authorities, ensuring accountability and resolution.
