Multiple Services Under One Roof
The primary goal of these camps is to provide farmers, livestock owners, and rural residents access to multiple government schemes at a single location. Services will include approvals for farm fencing, pipelines, farm ponds, drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, plastic mulching, and solar pump installations. Verification of soil health cards and seed mini kits will also be conducted on-site.
Applications under the Chief Minister Kisan Sathi Assistance Scheme will be processed quickly during the camps. Beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) will participate in house-warming ceremonies for newly constructed homes. Additional services include issuance of Kisan Credit Cards, registration for Custom Hiring Centers, enrollment under the Mukhyamantri Mangla Pashu Insurance Scheme, distribution of fertility kits, animal health certification, and registration of dairy cooperative societies.
Wider Rural Development Initiatives
The camps will also facilitate the distribution of SVAMITVA property cards, identification of irrigation canal repair needs, promotion of the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, awareness about youth self-employment programs, and surveys under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Poverty-Free Village Scheme.
A total of 12 government departments, including agriculture, horticulture, dairy, animal husbandry, fisheries, energy, water resources, industry, rural development, cooperation, and Panchayati Raj, will jointly participate. The Agriculture and Horticulture Department has been designated as the nodal agency. Senior officials will monitor implementation, while district collectors will oversee local arrangements.
Boost to Modern Farming
The initiative is expected to strengthen rural infrastructure and prepare farmers for exposure to advanced agricultural practices showcased at GRAM-2026, where national and international experts, agri-tech companies, and progressive farmers will participate.
This large-scale outreach program aims to improve service delivery, enhance productivity, and accelerate economic growth in rural Rajasthan.
