Chaitar Vasava raised concerns over protocol violation at Rajpipla event, alleging disrespect to tribal MLA and representation issues.

A political controversy has emerged following the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sammelan held in Rajpipla, where Aam Aadmi Party MLA Chaitar Vasava has accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of ignoring protocol and sidelining tribal representation during the event.

Speaking through a video message, Vasava alleged that the name of local tribal MLA Darshanaben Deshmukh was not announced on stage, nor was she given an opportunity to address the gathering. He called it an act of disrespect towards elected representatives from tribal communities.

Chaitar Vasava further claimed that tribal leaders, MPs, and MLAs are not being given due respect within the BJP organisation or government structure. According to him, repeated incidents of neglect reflect a deeper issue of representation and recognition.

He also stated that the local MLA Chaitar Vasava was deeply hurt by the incident and even expressed willingness to resign from her position. Vasava remarked that if elected representatives are not respected, such reactions highlight the seriousness of the situation.

The AAP MLA Chaitar Vasava further mentioned senior MP Mansukhbhai Vasava, claiming that even experienced leaders are not being heard on key issues such as illegal liquor trade and governance concerns in the region. However, no official response has been issued by the BJP regarding these allegations.

Vasava also alleged that internal party functionaries are being prioritised over elected representatives, though these claims remain unverified and politically sensitive.

He concluded by stating that the incident reflects disrespect not only towards individual leaders but also towards the tribal community and the people of the region. He warned that the issue would have political consequences in the coming days.
