A landmark jungle safari project being developed in the Aravalli Hills is set to transform Haryana’s identity. This visionary initiative aims to boost green tourism while also playing a significant role in wildlife conservation.
To move this project forward, CM Nayab Singh Saini, along with Union Minister Manohar Lal and Environment, Forest, and Wildlife Minister Rao Narbir Singh, visited Vantara in Jamnagar, Gujarat, to study and gather insights for the safari’s development.
Spread across approximately 10,000 acres, the safari will be home to a wide variety of animal and bird species, preserving the region’s natural biodiversity. The facility will incorporate advanced technology and prioritize eco-friendly tourism infrastructure. The project is expected to open up new job avenues for local youth in sectors like tourism, hospitality, and guiding. Additionally, it will contribute to improving the local climate and strengthening ecological balance in the region.
CM Nayab Saini is personally overseeing the project and has instructed the Forest and Environment Department to ensure complete adherence to eco-friendly standards. This initiative is poised to become a model for environmental protection, sustainable tourism, and employment generation.
The Forest and Environment Department and the Tourism Department will jointly implement the project, with the goal of turning the jungle safari into a major attraction for both domestic and international tourists, positioning Haryana as a pioneer in eco-tourism.
Guided by the vision of CM Nayab, this safari will not just serve as a travel destination but also as a lasting symbol of environmental stewardship and inspiration for future generations.
