This degree is also a responsibility along with the academic degree. He said that our country has the largest pool of young, talented and skilled human resources in the world. Our young talent is dominating in foreign countries. These talented youth are also wealth creators for our country, so our perception should be job givers rather than job seekers. He said that the youth must have the courage to dream as well as to fulfil. It is necessary to work hard to achieve the goal. “Credibility, honesty, and the desire to do good can only take you forward. The desire to learn should be constantly growing. He said that in the field of construction of bridges, tunnels, roads, highways, many records have been set in the past years. The Union Minister said that the Central Government is continuously working on green energy. Hydrogen gas is the fuel of our future. Work is being done to make hydrogen from organic municipal waste, which is a very cheap option. He himself uses a vehicle that runs on hydrogen gas. The Union Minister said that India is a country of youth, researchers and start-ups. There are Indian-origin CEOs in the world’s top companies, it shows India’s power and talent. “We also have to work on increasing the Domestic Happiness Index.
CM Pushkar Dhami welcomed Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and described him as the Vishwakarma of modern India. He said that under the leadership of Shri Gadkari, world-class motorways, green corridors, logistics hubs and roads are being developed rapidly across the country. The Chief Minister called upon the youth to use their knowledge and skills to build a developed India. The Chief Minister said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state government is also establishing Uttarakhand as a leading state in the field of education and innovation. Courses like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Big Data are being run in the universities and research institutions of the state by implementing the new education policy. Scientific research is being promoted by building science centres in Dehradun, Haldwani, Almora. The government’s vision is to make the youth futuristic. Incubation centres have been set up to promote start-ups and innovation.
