Cashless Medical Facility for 900,000 Teachers
CM Yogi Adityanath announced a historic initiative to provide cashless medical treatment to nearly 900,000 teachers, including basic, secondary, and higher education teachers, Shiksha Mitras, instructors, and cooks. This step ensured better health security for teachers and their families.
Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation for Outsourced Staff
To protect outsourced employees from exploitation, the UP Outsource Service Corporation Limited was established. This ensures transparent recruitment, timely salary, EPF-ESI benefits, a minimum wage of ₹16,000–₹20,000, and job security.

Low-Interest Loans for Small and Marginal Farmers
Under the Chief Minister Krishak Samriddhi Yojana, small and marginal farmers can now avail loans at just 6% interest through the UP Cooperative Village Development Bank (LDB). Previously, the interest rate was 11.5%, with the remaining cost borne by the state government.
Record Sugarcane Price Increase
For the 2025-26 crushing season, sugarcane prices were increased by ₹30 per quintal, benefiting millions of farmers. Early sugarcane now fetches ₹400, common ₹390, and inferior varieties ₹355 per quintal.
Historic Police Recruitment in UP
60,244 police personnel were recruited in UP, with over 12,000 women selected. The event, attended by Home Minister Amit Shah and CM Yogi Adityanath, is considered one of the largest and most transparent police recruitments in India.
‘Developed UP’ Campaign Launched
The government launched the ‘Samarth Uttar Pradesh – Developed Uttar Pradesh @2047’ campaign to drive holistic development across the state. Citizens are invited to provide suggestions through the Samarth UP Portal, focusing on education, health, agriculture, and urban-rural development.
Additional Stamp Duty Relief for Women
The state government increased the stamp duty relief for women from properties up to ₹10 lakh to those worth up to ₹1 crore, saving women up to ₹1 lakh and empowering them financially.

Rani Lakshmibai Scooter Scheme for Meritorious Girls
The government launched the Rani Lakshmibai Scooter Scheme to provide free scooters to meritorious girls, especially from remote villages, ensuring they can continue education without transport issues.
UP Employment Mission for Job Creation
The UP Employment Mission was established to create national and international employment opportunities for youth, facilitating placements across India and abroad.
Complete Exemption from Mandi Fees for Flower Farmers
