Haryana Animal Husbandry and Dairying Minister, Mr. Shyam Singh Rana, assured that all legitimate demands of the Veterinary Livestock Development Assistant (VLDA) will be addressed.
During a meeting with representatives of the Veterinary and Livestock Extension Association today. The Commissioner and Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, Mr. Vijay Singh Dahiya, and Director, Dr. L.C. Ranga were also present in the meeting.
During the meeting, Association representatives, including Sheel Sangwan and Bijender Singh, highlighted the long-pending demand to change the designation of VLDA to Veterinary and Livestock Extension Officer. The minister directed appropriate action on this matter.
Other issues discussed included the formation of a Diploma Veterinary Council, implementation of ACP with grade pay as per the 7th Pay Commission, and ensuring the participation of all VLDA members in the upcoming online transfer drive.
The Minister assured the Association representatives that their demands would be thoroughly examined, and appropriate actions would be taken to fulfill the justified ones promptly.
