The two-day Pre-Budget Consultation meeting, chaired by Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini in Panchkula, successfully concluded today. Presiding over the meeting, CM Nayab Singh Saini, who also oversees the finance portfolio, expressed his gratitude for the insightful contributions made by Ministers and MLAs, emphasizing that their suggestions would be carefully reviewed and integrated into the final budget. “Our objective is to present a budget that fosters prosperity for every citizen of Haryana,” he stated.

Extensive Stakeholder Engagement for a People-Centric Budget
CM Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the state government’s proactive approach in engaging with various stakeholders over the past several days through pre-budget consultations. Previous discussions were held with representatives from different sectors, including industries and manufacturing in Gurugram, farmers and agricultural scientists in Hisar, youth and startup entrepreneurs in Kurukshetra, women leaders in Panchkula, textile industry representatives in Panipat, and manufacturing stakeholders in Faridabad.
Additionally, in a first-of-its-kind initiative, the government launched an online platform for citizens to submit budget suggestions. So far, over 10,000 responses have been received, reflecting the public’s active participation in shaping Haryana’s financial roadmap.
