Ranveer Allahbadia (BeerBiceps) Takes Flight Abroad After Passport Release
New Delhi | 29 April 2025 — YouTuber–podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, jetted off on an international trip on Monday, hours after the Supreme Court ordered his passport returned. The 29-year-old shared two snapshots on Instagram: one at the Mumbai airport gate with his luggage, and another relaxing in a first-class cabin sporting a cat-eye patch, captioned “passport mil gya guys.”

In February, Ranveer Allahbadia was directed by the Supreme Court to surrender his passport amid a backlash over his remarks on parental intimacy during Samay Raina’s talk show, India’s Got Latent. His comments led to multiple FIRs against him and fellow panelists Samay Raina, Apoorva Mukhija, and Ashish Chanchlani.
On Monday, the counsels for Assam and Maharashtra informed the court that the investigation into the controversy had concluded. With the probe complete, the court cleared Ranveer Allahbadia to travel abroad once more, lifting the previous travel restriction.
A senior legal official noted that returning the passport does not end Ranveer Allahbadia’s legal obligations. The judges stressed that he must continue to cooperate with investigators until a formal chargesheet is filed. Failure to comply could result in further legal action.
Ranveer Allahbadia’s swift departure underscores his eagerness to resume work and personal commitments overseas. He did not disclose his destination but thanked fans for their support in a follow-up Instagram Story, writing, “On to the next chapter—thanks for riding with me.”
The India’s Got Latent episode in question sparked intense debate about the limits of on-air conversations and influencer accountability. Organizers suspended reruns of the episode and issued a public apology, while law enforcement agencies in both Assam and Maharashtra opened separate inquiries.
Despite the legal storm, Ranveer Allahbadia has maintained a robust online presence, with his podcast and fitness videos drawing millions of viewers. He co-hosts the successful “Ranveer Show” and runs a nutrition consulting business, ventures he says he plans to focus on during his time abroad.
