Neil Nitin Mukesh Reveals Harsh Reality of Nepotism in Film Industry
Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh recently spoke candidly about his ongoing struggle to find his next acting role, emphasizing that nepotism has never benefited him despite his strong film family background.
In an interview with Screen, Neil Nitin Mukesh addressed the common perception that his lineage in the film industry would make his career easier. However, he clarified that this has not been the case. “I have had the privilege of being born and brought up in the film fraternity, but my struggle nullifies that word for me,” Neil said. “It never helped me; I am still struggling to find my next job.”

He added that while being part of a famous film family may influence public perception, it does not guarantee support in the industry. “Nobody has supported Mukesh ji, Nitin Mukesh ji or me in that regard. Three generations have faced enough struggles. We’ve worked very hard all our lives to sustain our craft and put food on the table,” he stated.
