CM Dr Yadav has said that history is created by societies that work in unity. Referring to the Keer community’s devotion,
CM Dr Yadav said that they were blessed to receive the sacred dust of Shri Ram’s feet and helped him cross the Bhavsagar, asking nothing in return but blessings to cross life’s challenges. CM Dr. Yadav announced that a state-level Keer Samaj Panchayat will soon be organized in the capital. Addressing the Mahasammelan of Keer Samaj in Ujjain virtually from Samatva Bhavan at the Chief Minister’s residence, he praised the community for recognizing Shri Ram as a divine incarnation rather than just a human being.
CM Dr Yadav said taht the community is progressing today through constructive initiatives such as education promotion and de-addiction campaigns. He credited blessings from communities like the Keer Samaj for giving him the opportunity to serve as Chief Minister.
Highlighting government initiatives, Dr. Yadav said that infrastructure development and education promotion are being prioritized. Meritorious students are being provided with scooters and laptops, while scholarships, textbooks, and uniforms are making education more accessible. He also interacted with many women present at the Mahasammelan and discussed welfare schemes, including the ‘Ladli Behna’ Yojana. CM Dr. Yadav congratulated the Keer Samaj for its efforts in celebrating cultural festivals together, encouraging talent, fostering social harmony, and promoting spiritual awareness.
The Mahasammelan began with the state executive’s oath-taking ceremony and deliberation sessions. Meritorious students were felicitated and the event was also addressed by Shri Gaya Prasad Keer, Chairperson of ‘Maa Puri Bai Keer’ Welfare Board, State President Shri Komal Singh and other representatives.
