Cricket legend Chris Gayle called the wedding of Sidhartha Mallya and Jasmine a “lovely wedding.”
Legendary cricketer Chris Gayle of the West Indies was there at the wedding of Vijay Mallya’s son Sidhartha Mallya in the UK this past weekend.
At his father’s $14 million Hertfordshire estate, Sidhartha Mallya tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Jasmine. Chris Gayle played for Vijya Mallya’s IPL team, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), from 2011 to 2017. In 2008, Mallya purchased RCB at the inaugural IPL auction. In the 2013 IPL, Gayle set a record with a 30-ball century.
The 44-year-old Chris Gayle revealed unique behind-the-scenes photos from the festivities. He shared a video of the attendees swaying to the hit song “Chaleya” from Shah Rukh Khan’s “Jawan” film.
Among the attendees at the wedding celebrations were singer Sophie Choudry, fashion designer Manoviraj Khosla, and fugitive businessman Lalit Modi.
At the wedding were several of Vijay Mallya’s Bengaluru socialite pals.
