MLA Hemant Khwa spoke about the persistent issues faced by ordinary citizens over the last 30 years, highlighting a shortage of doctors in Saurashtra’s largest government hospital. He encouraged party workers and supporters to unite and work collaboratively to address grassroots issues effectively.
