Following a significant trade agreement between India and the United States, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a powerful statement during the NDA Parliamentary Party meeting, calling India’s rise to the global center stage “the greatest event of this century.”
During the meeting, PM Modi said, “India is being noticed across the world. Our role in global balance is crucial. India is now at the center stage of the world, and this is the most significant event of this century.” He also took a subtle dig at critics, stating, “Some people were upset by the tariff decisions. When tariffs were applied on India, the opposition raised several questions in the Parliament.”

PM Modi encouraged Members of Parliament to explore export opportunities in their constituencies and organize conferences with manufacturers. He emphasized creating a favorable environment for exports while maintaining high quality standards. He also remarked, “We should never give up our habit of drawing clear lines of discipline and focus.”
Tribute to MP C. Sadanandan Master:
Highlighting the victory of BJP in Kerala’s local elections, PM Modi praised the courage of Rajya Sabha MP C. Sadanandan Master, who delivered a speech using an artificial leg after losing his foot in an attack. PM Modi said, “Our position today is not due to luck or shortcuts, but the result of our workers’ dedication and perseverance.”
The PM’s address emphasized India’s growing global importance, the need for enhanced export initiatives, and the spirit of democracy and resilience in the face of challenges.
