“He DMed me after the shoot,” Shreya revealed on the show. “I was dating at that time. At that time there was something between Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi. I didn’t know about it.”
Shreya further explained that she quickly felt a vibe check was needed and decided to back off. “He started speaking to me. I got a hunch and stopped,” she added, stating she chose not to engage further with him.

The situation escalated when Shreya crossed paths with Shivangi on set shortly after the messaging began. According to Shreya, Shivangi approached her with a completely different version of the story, claiming that Kushal Tandon had told her that Shreya was the one sliding into his messages.

“I said, ‘Excuse me! I wouldn’t be the first person to approach any man.’ I gave my phone to her. She read my whole chat. I didn’t flirt back and I didn’t say anything,” Shreya stated.
When Shilpa Shinde asked if Shivangi cried upon reading the messages, Shreya confirmed the emotional fallout on set, adding, “She did cry after the shoot on the set. After 3-5 months, that guy posted a story saying that they have broken up.”
