Brijraj Solanki urges Gujarat’s youth to join the July 25 Gandhinagar protest demanding action against paper leaks and unemployment.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Gujarat Youth President Brijraj Solanki has called upon students and young people across the state to unite against alleged paper leaks and rising unemployment. Addressing supporters from Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, Solanki announced that the party’s youth wing will launch the ‘Gujarat Cockroach Movement’ on July 25 at Satyagraha Chhavani in Gandhinagar.
According to Solanki, the movement is being organized for students who wanted to participate in the ongoing protest in Delhi but were unable to travel due to personal or logistical reasons. He urged young people from across Gujarat to gather at 10:00 AM on July 25 and participate in what he described as a peaceful democratic campaign for educational reforms and employment opportunities.
Youth Protest to Highlight Paper Leak and Unemployment Issues
Brijraj Solanki said the movement aims to draw attention to what the party describes as repeated recruitment examination paper leaks and the growing unemployment crisis in Gujarat. He claimed that more than 40 recruitment examinations in the state have allegedly been affected by paper leak incidents over the years, creating uncertainty among thousands of aspirants preparing for government jobs.
He stated that repeated irregularities in recruitment examinations have shattered the confidence of hardworking students and have intensified frustration among job seekers. According to him, the time has come for Gujarat’s youth to unite and demand transparency, accountability, and fair opportunities.

Demand for Union Education Minister’s Resignation
The AAP youth leader also appealed to students to support the demand for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. He announced that several youth volunteers would observe a symbolic hunger strike during the Gandhinagar protest to press for action on examination reforms and student-related concerns.
Solanki urged participants to raise their voices peacefully while seeking justice for students and unemployed youth who, according to him, have been adversely affected by examination irregularities and delays in recruitment.
Appeal for Democratic Participation
Calling the movement a fight for the future of students, Brijraj Solanki encouraged young people to actively participate in the July 25 gathering. He said the campaign is intended to promote accountability in the education system, safeguard students’ rights, and ensure fair recruitment processes.
The proposed protest at Gandhinagar Satyagraha Chhavani is expected to bring together students, job aspirants, and AAP supporters from different parts of Gujarat to highlight concerns related to education, employment, and recruitment examinations.
