By 3 pm, more than 16,000 students had already completed their submissions, while the system was supporting over 8,000 concurrent users.

Massive Denial-of-Service Attack Detected
During the CBSE revaluation portal cyberattack, officials reported a major denial-of-service (DoS) attempt that generated nearly 1.5 million hits on the portal within just two minutes. Cybersecurity teams also identified more than one lakh attempts to gain unauthorized access to sensitive files.
Despite the scale of the attack, no disruption to student services was reported.
