Speaking at the AIIMS Bathinda convocation ceremony, the Union Health Minister highlighted that the institute currently caters to nearly 3,000 outpatient department (OPD) patients and around 600 inpatient department (IPD) patients daily.
He also praised the institute’s community outreach initiatives, including Ayushman health camps, telemedicine services, mobile medical units, and rural awareness programs conducted across nearby villages.
