Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini chaired a high-level Gurugram public grievance hearing today, focusing on resolving citizen complaints promptly and ensuring administrative accountability. The meeting, held under the District Public Contact and Grievance Redressal Committee, addressed 15 significant grievances spanning various sectors.
15 Critical Cases on Agenda
During the Gurugram public grievance hearing, the agenda included 15 cases ranging from illegal encroachments and builder-buyer disputes to water and electricity issues and complaints against local police authorities. CM Saini carefully listened to each complaint, instructing officials to expedite resolutions so that citizens do not have to run from office to office for justice.

Presence of Senior Ministers and Local Legislators
The Gurugram public grievance hearing saw the active participation of senior officials, including Haryana’s Industry and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh, all Gurugram MLAs, and key administrative officers. CM Saini emphasized strict action against officials showing negligence in development projects or delaying citizen complaints.
On-the-Spot Resolution of Long-Pending Cases
Several long-pending cases were resolved on the spot during the Gurugram public grievance hearing, reinforcing the government’s commitment to timely grievance redressal. The Chief Minister directed officials to prepare detailed reports on remaining cases before the next committee meeting. “Our government is committed to delivering justice to every citizen, and the District Public Contact and Grievance Redressal Committee is proving to be an effective platform in this regard,” CM Saini said.
