Ensuring Quality Education for Every Child
Reflecting on past challenges, CM Nayab Singh Saini recalled that many girls in Haryana once had to travel long distances for higher education, preventing many from continuing their studies. To address this, the government ensured the establishment of a college within every 20-kilometer radius, resulting in 79 new colleges over the last decade, including 30 exclusively for girls. The government’s mission is to provide accessible, high-quality education to every child.
Additionally, he stressed the importance of skill development alongside education. Initiatives like NSSQF in schools, PAHAL in colleges, incubation centers in universities, and industry partnerships are preparing youth for future job markets.
2 Lakh More Jobs in Haryana
CM Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the transformation in Haryana’s job sector, stating that before 2014, securing government jobs often required political influence. Over the past decade, the government has ensured a transparent recruitment process based on merit. So far, 1.75 lakh youth have secured government jobs without favoritism, and the government aims to provide an additional 2 lakh jobs in the coming years.
