CM Nayab Singh Saini : 25 Police Personnel, Including Four DSPs and Three SHOs, Suspended
CM Nayab Singh Saini : Taking serious note of the unauthorized removal of an exam paper from a Haryana School Education Board examination center, the Haryana Government has taken decisive action against those responsible. So far, 25 police personnel, including four DSPs and three SHOs, have been suspended for their involvement in the case.
Addressing the media today, Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that FIRs have also been registered against four government school invigilators and one private school invigilator. Additionally, all four government school invigilators have been suspended, along with two center supervisors. FIRs have also been filed against four outsiders and eight students for their involvement in cheating or aiding the paper leak at various exam centers.
CM Nayab Singh Saini assured that the investigation is ongoing and emphasized that strict instructions have been issued to all Deputy Commissioners and district Superintendents of Police. They have been directed to ensure that no unauthorized individuals come near any examination center, maintaining a distance of at least 500 meters. Any violations will hold the respective district administration accountable.
Director General of Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, K. Makarand Pandurang, and Media Secretary Praveen Attrey were also present during the announcement.
