Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced a financial allocation of ₹21 lakh for development works in Khairi village, reflecting the state government’s ongoing commitment to public welfare and sustainable development in the Ladwa Assembly constituency.
Addressing a public gathering in Khairi, CM Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the government’s extensive efforts in infrastructure, irrigation, health, animal husbandry, sports, environmental protection, and urban amenities. He emphasized that these initiatives aim to ensure the overall upliftment of the region and its citizens.
In addition to the ₹21 lakh development fund, the Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini also announced ₹70 lakh for a drinking water pipeline and the construction of the village phirni. CM Nayab Singh Saini assured villagers that other demands submitted by the Sarpanch would be forwarded to the concerned departments for timely implementation.
Focus on Public Welfare and Social Support
CM Nayab Singh Saini outlined several social welfare initiatives implemented in the state, including the provision of gas cylinders at ₹500 per month for poor women, benefiting approximately 14.70 lakh families across Haryana. Free dialysis services have also been initiated in all government hospitals and medical colleges, improving healthcare access for kidney patients.
Highlighting the government’s commitment to employment, CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that over the past year, 36,000 youths have been provided government jobs without the need for recommendations or bribes, bringing the total number of jobs created in the last 11 years to 1.80 lakh.

Development Expenditure and Infrastructure Projects
CM Nayab Singh Saini revealed that ₹807 crore has been invested in the Ladwa Assembly constituency over the past 11 years, compared to ₹310 crore during the previous 10-year Congress rule. Key initiatives under government schemes include:
Har Ghar Grihini Yojana: 9,240 families in the constituency receive gas cylinders at ₹500.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana: 364 houses constructed, 249 under construction.
Ayushman Chirayu Yojana: 1.59 lakh eligible citizens, 1.20 lakh Chirayu cards issued.
Landmark Projects in Education, Heritage, and Utilities
The Chief Minister also highlighted major infrastructure and heritage projects:
North India’s first National Institute of Design established in Umri at a cost of ₹108 crore.
Sewage treatment plant constructed in Ladwa at ₹26 crore, with sewer lines laid.
Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Memorial in Umri being developed at an estimated cost of ₹124 crore to promote social harmony, equality, and the saintly tradition.
Government Polytechnic building constructed in Umri at ₹14.51 crore.
Drinking water pipelines laid across 65 villages in Ladwa at a cost of ₹11.51 crore.
CM Nayab Singh Saini reiterated that the government’s sole objective is the holistic development of the Ladwa constituency and the well-being of every citizen. “Our government’s policies are designed to ensure sustainable growth, enhance infrastructure, and uplift communities across the region,” he said.
