CM Yogi Adityanath in Gorakhpur orders immediate action against land grabbers, ensures illegal lands are freed, and promises financial aid for citizens’ medical treatment.

During a public audience at Gorakhnath Temple, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued strict instructions to officials to take immediate action against land grabbers and mafia involved in illegal encroachments. The Chief Minister personally met around 150 citizens, listened to their grievances, and assured financial assistance for medical treatments where needed.

Strict Action Against Land Mafia

CM Yogi Adityanath emphasized that no person involved in illegal occupation of land should be spared. “Land grabbers, those exploiting the weak, and mafia must face strict legal action,” he directed. He added that the government is committed to ensuring justice for all citizens and enhancing their quality of life.

Public Hearing at Gorakhnath Temple

The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a public hearing at the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan within the temple complex. Sitting among the citizens, he listened to each individual’s concerns and assured them that the government would not allow any injustice under his administration.

Immediate Resolution of Grievances

CM Yogi Adityanath instructed officials to refer all petitions to the concerned authorities and resolve issues promptly. He assured that complaints related to illegal land occupation would be addressed immediately and that encroached land would be cleared without delay. Officials from administration and police were directed to ensure that no person could illegally occupy anyone’s land in the future.

Intervention in Family Disputes

Several women raised concerns regarding family and in-law disputes. CM Yogi directed officials to facilitate dialogue between parties to resolve such issues amicably and legally, emphasizing that formal legal procedures should follow if no agreement is reached.

Transparency in Revenue and Police Cases

The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stressed that all revenue and police-related matters should be handled with complete transparency and fairness. Every citizen filing a complaint should be treated with sensitivity, and appropriate help should be provided.

Assurance of Financial Assistance for Medical Treatment

Several citizens requested financial help for medical treatment during the public hearing. CM Yogi assured them that the government would provide complete assistance. He instructed officials to fast-track the approval of medical estimates and release the required funds directly to hospitals for treatment purposes.
