Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 153 development projects worth more than ₹748 crore across various Assembly constituencies in Bahraich and Shravasti districts. The projects are aimed at strengthening infrastructure, improving public services and accelerating the state’s development agenda.
Sharing the announcement on social media, the Chief Minister said that every development project strengthens public trust, while every welfare initiative brings the government closer to its vision of “Antyodaya”—ensuring that the benefits of development reach the last person in society.
Projects Worth ₹748 Crore to Boost Regional Development
The large-scale development package includes the inauguration of completed projects as well as the laying of foundation stones for new initiatives across multiple sectors. According to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, these projects are expected to improve connectivity, civic infrastructure and public amenities in Bahraich and Shravasti.
The investment of over ₹748 crore reflects the state’s continued focus on infrastructure-led growth and balanced regional development.
Beneficiaries to Receive Welfare Scheme Benefits
Apart from launching development works, CM Yogi Adityanath will also distribute benefits under various government welfare schemes. Eligible beneficiaries will receive:

The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reiterated that Uttar Pradesh’s development model is guided by the philosophy of “Antyodaya to Rashtrouday,” emphasising inclusive growth and the welfare of every section of society.
He stated that development projects and public welfare schemes together will contribute to building a developed, self-reliant and economically stronger Uttar Pradesh.
Yogi Targets Opposition Over Infrastructure Projects
Earlier, while addressing a public gathering after offering prayers at the Lodheshwar Mahadev Temple in Barabanki, the Chief Minister criticised the Samajwadi Party over alleged irregularities in infrastructure projects.
He alleged that the Jayaprakash Narayan International Centre (JPNIC) project in Lucknow witnessed a significant increase in expenditure despite remaining incomplete. He also accused the previous government of attempting to inflate the cost of the Purvanchal Expressway project.
During the event, CM Yogi Adityanath also announced plans to develop a Kashi Vishwanath Dham-style corridor for the Lodheshwar Mahadev Temple, aiming to strengthen religious tourism and improve visitor facilities.
