Haryana Government has sanctioned Rs 900 crore for construction of Chaupals in rural areas – Nayab Singh Saini

Also announces development works worth lakhs of rupees

Chandigarh, July 22 –

Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that the government has allocated Rs 900 crore for the construction of Chaupals for all sections in the rural areas of the state. This amount will soon be transferred to the accounts of the Gram Panchayats. He said that the government has significantly developed rural areas over the past 10 years, ensuring that village residents now have access to basic facilities comparable to those in cities. Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi envisions rapid development across the country and the state, ensuring that no village is left behind in this progress.

Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini was addressing the gathering in village Ratangarh, Sindhuria Palace, and Saini Dharamshala in Karnal today. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also announced development projects worth lakhs of rupees.

He said that the BJP government, now in its third term under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh  Narendra Modi, will present the budget tomorrow. This budget will focus on public welfare, aiming to bring happiness and prosperity in the country. He emphasized the need to accelerate the development of villages, highlighting that the government continuously implements schemes that directly benefit the people. The state government has decided to waive the surcharge on the electricity bills of families with connections up to two kilowatts. From now on, the bill will reflect only the number of units consumed, benefiting lakhs of families across the state.

Haryana Chief Minister made several announcements

Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini announced an allocation of Rs 21 lakh for development projects in Ratangarh village. At an event organized by the Sain community at a private institution, he announced to give land for the construction of the All India Baba Sain Bhagat Dharamshala in Kurukshetra and land for the Thakur Mahasabha to build a Dharamshala in Karnal. Additionally, at a program held in Saini Dharamshala, he announced a grant of Rs 11 lakh.

On this occasion, Gharaunda MLA Harvinder Kalyan, Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh, Superintendent of Police Mohit Handa, District President Yogendra Rana, OSD Sanjay Bathla and a large number of dignitaries were also present.
