On this day, the painful moments of the 1947 Indo-Pak partition will be remembered, and the tribute will be paid to about 10 lakh people.
The Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini will participate in the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day as the Chief Guest.
Sh. Subhash Sudha shared this while reviewing the preparations for the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day in Kurukshetra.
He said that all the preparations for the program have been completed under the aegis of Kurukshetra Information, Public Relations and Language Department and Panchnad Memorial Trust. In this program, the pandal has been decorated with cloth dyed in the color of the national flag. Not only this, from the entrance gates of Thanesar grain market to the venue, the tricolor can be seen fluttering in the air and telling the story of the heroes. Apart from this, an exhibition will also be organized by the Department of Information, Public Relations and Language.
Sh. Subhash Sudha said that the state government is on the path of all-round development under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, and development work is in full progress in Thanesar
