AAP leader Sanjeev Jha demands independent probe and high-level accountability in Malviya Nagar fire incident, questions action against only one employee.
The Malviya Nagar fire incident investigation has sparked strong political reactions after Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjeev Jha expressed grief over the tragedy and demanded a fair and high-level inquiry into the matter.
Several people reportedly lost their lives in the fire incident, leading to widespread concern over safety lapses and administrative accountability.
Questions raised over action against only one employee
Sanjeev Jha said it is deeply concerning that action has allegedly been taken against only a single employee in such a serious tragedy. He questioned whether this approach is an attempt to divert attention from real responsibility.
He stressed that the Malviya Nagar fire incident investigation should not be limited to lower-level staff but must examine accountability at all levels.

Demand for responsibility over safety violations
The AAP leader further raised concerns about possible violations of safety norms at the building or site. He questioned why accountability should be restricted to lower-level personnel if compliance rules were ignored.
According to him, blaming one individual while protecting others responsible for oversight is not justifiable.
Call for independent and fair investigation
Sanjeev Jha has demanded an independent and impartial investigation into the incident. He said every level of responsibility involved in the tragedy must be identified to ensure justice for the victims and prevent such incidents in the future.
