Kangpokpi, Manipur: A fresh wave of violence hit Manipur’s Kangpokpi district early Friday (June 5, 2026) when armed attackers stormed a village, killing three people, including a woman, and burning several homes in the incident.
Officials confirmed that the attack took place in Loibol Khullen village under Saitu-Gamphazol subdivision, where unidentified armed men opened fire around 4 am, triggering panic among residents.
