Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak shared an update on the preparations, stating that 40% of the required bags had arrived by July 25. The government is working to ensure that the remaining requirements are met well ahead of the procurement process.
40% of Bags Already Arrived
According to Lal Chand Kataruchak, the availability of bags is being closely monitored as part of the preparations for the paddy procurement season. By July 25, around 40% of the required bags had already reached the state.
The minister indicated that arrangements are being strengthened so that farmers do not face unnecessary difficulties when they bring their paddy to procurement centres and mandis.

No Shortage to Be Allowed During Procurement
