While speaking at the Saini Samaj Mahasammelan Rajpura, CM Saini emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, social justice is no longer just an electoral promise but a firmly implemented governance policy.
He referred to the constitutional status granted to the OBC Commission as a historic and transformative step toward empowering backward communities. According to him, the Saini Samaj Mahasammelan Rajpura reflects how such policies are positively impacting society at the grassroots level.
