WTC Final 2027: The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has officially unveiled its international cricket calendar for the 2027 home season, confirming that The Oval in London will host the ICC World Test Championship WTC Final 2027. Alongside the marquee Test event, England will also host the men’s and women’s Ashes series at the same time, creating one of the busiest and most exciting cricket summers in recent history.
The announcement comes after Lord’s hosted the 2025 WTC Final between Australia and South Africa. With The Oval now selected for the 2027 final, fans can expect another high-profile contest to crown the world’s best Test team.
Men’s Ashes to Begin at Trent Bridge
The 2027 Men’s Ashes will begin on June 18 at Trent Bridge, marking the venue’s first Ashes Test since 2015. The five-match series will conclude at The Oval on August 2, with matches scheduled across England’s iconic stadiums.
Men’s Ashes 2027 Venues:

- The Oval
The Utilita Bowl will make history by hosting its first-ever men’s Ashes Test, adding a new chapter to England’s cricket calendar.
Women’s Ashes to Run Alongside Men’s Series
For the second consecutive home Ashes cycle, England will stage the women’s and men’s Ashes simultaneously.

Following the Ashes, England Women will host Bangladesh later in September.
Meanwhile, England Men will wrap up the summer with:
Three T20 Internationals against New Zealand
