2 Rohit Godara gang members have been taken into custody by Rajasthan’s Anti-Gangster Task Force (ATF) in Sikar, according to police on Monday.
The gang’s employees, Surendra Singh Thalod and Rajesh Zoya, also known as Zoya Sarkar, provided cover for its members. Dinesh M N, the Additional Director General of Police (Crime and Anti-Gangster Task Force), stated.
He stated that the arrest took place as a result of a complaint filed by Mahipal Pachar, a resident of Sikar, who claimed Zoya had beaten and held him captive.
In order to complete a financial transaction, Zoya allegedly recorded Pachar while he was being beaten up and sent Godara the video.
Pachar first refrained from reporting the assault to the police due of fear, according to the ADGP. He did, however, file a complaint later, and on April 14, a case was opened at the Sikar Sadar police station. At that point, the accused’s search was launched.
According to Dinesh, the task group detained both of the suspects on Sunday and turned them over to the Sadar police station.

He went on to say that Zoya is facing 11 criminal prosecutions, including murder, while Surendra Singh Thalod has six criminal cases, including murder, filed against him in various state police stations.
According to the ADGP, Zoya describes himself as the president of Ambedkar Vichar Manch Sikar and the vice-president of the Rashtriya Bhim Sena.
To combat organized crime in the state, Rajasthan established the Anti-Gangster Task Force in December of last year.
