Many issues were addressed on the spot, and the Minister issued strict directives to officials, stating that no negligence in public service will be tolerated.
Health Minister Arti Singh Rao reiterated that resolving public issues swiftly is a top priority of the state government. She said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the administration is committed to delivering transparent, responsive, and accountable governance.
She further warned that strict action will be taken against any official or employee who hinders the implementation of welfare schemes.
Following the public hearing, the Minister held a review meeting with senior Health Department officials, where she instructed them to take necessary steps to improve the quality of healthcare services at the grassroots level.
