Priyanka Chopra Shares Her Favorite Indian Meals and Healthy Eating Habits
Global star Priyanka Chopra Jonas may be living the Hollywood life, but when it comes to food, her heart still beats for traditional Indian flavors. While promoting her upcoming film Heads of State, the actor opened up about her go-to meals, sharing a delightful mix of Indian classics and healthy international choices.

In an interview shared on Instagram, Priyanka Chopra talked about her daily food habits and how her diet has evolved over time — especially with her recent shift to vegetarianism.
“Dinner always starts with soup,” she said. “I love having a nice, warm soup. Then, having the same that I have for lunch. It is super tasty and healthy. Then I have various other things — I love dal, I love bhindi. I love aloo gobhi. I’m being vegetarian now. I always need dahi, I love having raita, and achaar is very important. Salad’s very important.”
Despite her life in the US, Priyanka Chopra holds on to her roots through food. She explained how her tastes differ when she’s abroad:
“Now when I’m in the US, I’m usually not a sandwich person. I don’t like sandwiches, but I always like roast fish with veggies. I love a good, fresh salad,” she added.
